I fell in love with the Penelope design because of how sweet and dainty it was but was also worried about the fragility of if I needed resizing. I decided to risk it and chose my diamond. When the ring arrived I was thrilled with the craftsmanship. It is stunning! I did end up having to send it back to them for resizing and it couldn’t have been easier. They communicated with me throughout, customer service was great. It was just as perfect the second time around as it was the first.

Very easy designing my own ring with their step by step instructions. Loved the choices they offer and their diamonds are excellent. It did not take long to design and mail back to me. The only thing negative I can say is that I wish they had a process where you can put in your order number and they can tell you what process your ring is in. Earrings were so beautiful! Came so quick and I live in Guam mind you. Had a defective earring lock that needed to be fixed, sent it out with my local fedex and documents were all set for me, signed a paper and I was on my way out. For my 10 year wedding anniversary I was finally able to upgrade my wife's engagement ring from a 1/2 carat princess cut diamond to an absolutely gorgeous 3 carat oval cut that comes into the room before she does. It is a stunning ring, and the folks at Keyzar went over the top to help me make this happen. The days of conflict diamonds are over as these lab created diamonds are beautiful, and to the naked eye it is impossible to tell the difference! Do yourself a favor and get that lady in your life what she really wants, and pay 1/10th the cost!

The process of selecting a diamond and setting was very intuitive. Features of the diamond and ring were easy to compare and the ring was produced and shipped incredibly fast.
