Everything is beautiful and great but my only complaint is that I ordered a diamond pendant worth nearly $5,000 and it came loosely in a ring box instead of a necklace box. By the time I received it, the chain was completely mangled and tangled. Would think the company would have invested in making pendant boxes to hold the necklace in place as the rest of their packaging is very well done.
