Keyzar Jewelry, its parents, affiliates, and related companies (“Keyzar,” “we,” “us,” “our”) value transparency and respect your privacy. Please read this policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect, use, and share the information you may provide to us through the Keyzar website located at www.keyzarjewelry.com, its microsites, mobile websites, mobile applications, and your use of interactive features, widgets, plug-ins, content, products, assets, downloads and/or other online services that we own and control or that post a link to our Terms (collectively, the “Website”) and rights you may have relating to such information. 

This policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this page and may be updated from time to time to keep with Keyzar developments or evolving legal or regulatory requirements, so please check this policy periodically for updates. By accessing the Website you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy you may not use our Website. 

OUR DATA COLLECTION PRACTICES.

This section describes the types of personal information we may collect about you. Such information is generally collected either (i) directly from your voluntary engagement with the Website or Keyzar services; or (ii) automatically from you when you interact with the Website through the use of cookies and other similar technologies. See our Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies section below for more details.

The following are the categories and specific types of personal data we may collect:

Identifying information
Including your full name, alias, postal address, email address, phone number, date of birth, account name, signature, username, social media handles, and similar identifiers.

For example, when you sign up for Keyzar text-message marketing, we collect your phone number, as well as, the contents in your text message responses and any associated metadata (e.g. time/date a message was sent or received).

Financial information
Including your budget or spending preferences. Keyzar collects but does not process payment information in order to complete your purchase. Instead, Keyzar passes on your payment information, including, your credit card information and billing address to our payment service providers only as necessary to provide you with the services or products you requested. 

For example, we might in the checkout pass your personal information in the form of contact and order details to Klarna (a payment processor), in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Commercial information
Including products or services you have purchased, returned, exchanged, considered, provided a review or other feedback for, and your shipping address to complete your purchase.

Demographic information
Including information you provide about your personal interests, date of birth, marital status,wedding date, and anniversary date.

Internet or network activity information
Including browsing or search history, information regarding your interactions on other websites, emails, or advertisements.

Location data
Including information that permits us to determine your location, particularly if you enable your mobile device to send us precise location information.

Device information and other unique identifiers
Information about the computers, phones, and other devices you are using, including your device ID, IP address, cookies, beacons, and pixel tags.

Audio and visual information
Including photographs, images, videos that you provide to us or share in connection with our products, when you schedule a virtual appointment with us, or when you consent to use our third-party virtual try-on services.

Sensitive personal information
Keyzar does not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. To the extent that Keyzar collects sensitive personal information about you it will be for purposes allowed by law or with your consent.

Inferences
Inferences drawn from or created based on any of the information identified above, including, profile inferences that help us better identify goods and services that may be of interest to you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at privacy@keyzarjewelry.com.

Profiling
At this time Keyzar does not collect or disclose profiling data in a manner that may influence or produce legal or similarly significant effects to our customers.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.

Personal information that is automatically collected may be obtained through cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer or mobile device through a user ID or other preferences. We use cookies to personalize your experience when you use the Services (e.g. auto-populating your log-in credentials or settings). You are free to set your browser or operating system settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features through our Website or take full advantage of all our services.

Note that third-party sites that are linked to the Services may set cookies or other technologies to collect information about your use and interaction with their websites or content. We do not have access to, or control, over such third-party data collection.

Opt-Out Preference Signals
Residents of certain U.S. states may use opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), to opt out from Keyzar’s “sale” or “sharing” (as defined by applicable law, rather than the traditional sense) of your personal data. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.

INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING.

Interest-Based advertising, also known as online behavioral advertising, is the practice of collecting information about users’ activities across sites over time, and using such information to deliver targeted advertising based on such users’ interests. This can be achieved through automated means, including through the use of first and third-party cookies, web server logs, pixels, and web beacons. We may use this information from our website and trusted third-parties such as Facebook, Google, and Pinterest, in order to tailor our advertisements to your individual interests or to inform you about new products or services.

The information collected and used in this manner is generally, on its own, anonymous and not personally identifiable (e.g. browsing history, demographic information, purchase history, media consumption, shopping habits, lifestyle preferences, or other similar information). SECURITY AND RETENTION.

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We will keep your personal information as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. In some circumstances we may retain your personal information for longer if and when required (e.g. legal, tax, or accounting requirements).

LINKS TO OTHER SITES.

The Website may contain links to other sites for your convenience only. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the applicable privacy policy of these third party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services.

DATA TRANSFERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES.

Keyzar may process and/or disclose personal information with the help of its corporate ffiliates based in Israel. If you submit personal information to Keyzar, your personal information may be processed in a foreign country, where privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By submitting your personal information to us you agree to transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information in a country other than your country of residence.

For residents of the European Union and United Kingdom, in the event we transfer your personal data to countries that do not meet GDPR or UK GDPR requirements, we will ensure that the recipient provides adequate protection by including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission in our agreement with them.

PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, AND CERTAIN U.S. STATES.

Residents of the EU or UK may exercise these additional privacy rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as incorporated and amended into UK domestic law (UK GDPR). While Keyzar does not generally “sell” information as the term is traditionally understood, sharing data with certain advertising technology may be interpreted under certain state laws as a sale. IF YOU DO NOT WANT US TO SELL OR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU CAN EITHER FILL OUT THE REQUEST FORM HERE OR UTILIZE THE GPC SIGNAL DESCRIBED ABOVE. We have fifteen (15) calendar days to implement a request to opt- out.

The Right to Correct.
You may request, that we correct any incorrect information we have about you.

The Right to Transfer.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another processor.

The Right to Limit the Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.
Keyzar only collects sensitive personal information as a result of inferences from information you provide with your consent. Keyzar does not collect or process sensitive or biometric information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Instead, when you share or consent to our use of your proposal, engagement, or wedding photographs, we may also infer and disclose inferences about your race, gender, ethnicity, and sexual preferences, from those photographs. If you wish for us to takedown or stop use or disclosure of your image, please reach out to us at privacy@keyzarjewelry.com Otherwise, Keyzar does not offer the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

The Right to Withdraw Consent.
In the event you have provided Keyzar with consent to collect or disclose certain personal information about you, you may withdraw your consent.

No Discrimination.
You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising the rights described above.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS.

Aside from specific request mechanisms explained above, you may exercise the privacy rights available to you by emailing privacy@keyzarjewelry.com.

We will handle verified requests within thirty (30) days unless the request is unusually extensive or complex, in which case we will inform you of the expected timeline for handling your particular request. We do not discriminate against any residents who exercise any of their rights described in this Privacy Policy.

The Right to Appeal.
You may appeal our decision to decline your requests by emailing us at privacy@keyzarjewelry.com and we will make a decision within sixty (60) days of your appeal.

If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint regarding the matter to the applicable U.S. state Attorney General. You also have the right to lodge a complaint before a competent data protection authority in the EU or the UK.

EU and UK Legal Bases for Processing.
We process your personal information based on one or more of the following legal conditions: (1) Your consent (e.g. to place cookies which process personal information, or marketing); (2) To perform our agreement with you (e.g. to ship your order); (3) To comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject; and (4) Our legitimate interests, provided they do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g. for direct or behavioral marketing purposes, to expand our business activities, to generate aggregated statistics about our customer’s data and our services, which you may opt- out at any time).

CHILDREN.

Keyzar is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers.
